You’re welcome here.

Come as you are. There's a seat for you at the table.

What is Women at the Well?

Women at the Well is a Christ- centered movement where women find community, healing, and the courage to walk forward together.

It’s where women stop pretending, start showing up honestly, and realize they were never meant to carry life alone.

We gather around tables, in living rooms, churches, and shared spaces- opening Scripture, sharing real stories, and choosing to walk boldly side by side with Jesus at the center.

This is where healing begins and courage is rebuilt.

If you are looking for something real, you’re in the right place.

New Here?

Here is what it actually looks like to step in…

What is a Well Gathering or Collective?

Well gatherings are the heartbeat of our ministry- small, local, and spaces designed to be intimate and safe. Nourishing your soul and building real community.

Well collectives carry the same foundation, but go deeper. Focusing on specific seasons of life, topics, or studies together.

  • Time to Connect

We don’t rush in. We start with conversation, laughter, and just being human together. No pressure- just space to settle in and be yourself.

  • Rooted in Truth

We open Scripture and talk through it together. Not perfect, not polished- just real women learning, asking questions, and growing in Truth side by side.

  • Space to be Real

This is not a place you have to filter your life. You will be heard, supported, and reminded that what you are walking through matters.

  • Prayer to Close

We end by covering the group in prayer, because we have seen what God does when women show up and honestly invite Him into it.

“I was crying out to God for a lifeline. Somewhere between tears and scrolling Facebook, I found Women at the Well. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was exactly where God wanted me to be.

I wasn't alone anymore.”

— Jennifer Florian

This is bigger than one woman.

It’s what happens when women stop doing life alone and start walking together with Jesus at the center.

Meet Our Founder

Women at the Well didn't begin as a ministry. It started because I needed community too.

I didn't come here with a plan or a platform. I came here carrying years of hurt, walking through healing, and learning how to trust God in the middle of broken relationships and hard seasons.

For a long time, I didn't feel worthy of love, belonging, or community. I searched for it in all the wrong places. And when I finally surrendered and let Him meet me there, everything began to change- not overnight, but slowly, gently, and faithfully.

Women at the Well started in a season when I needed Jesus and real community more than anything. What began as opening my home and showing up honestly became a place where women could sit together at the table together- no masks, no pretending.

This ministry exists because I know what it feels like to be unseen. Because healing happens in community. And because Jesus still meets women exactly where they are.
